We will keep you posted on what happens but in the meantime why don’t you order a bottle now and try for yourself.
Our Ballochbuie Gin is a beautiful classic dry gin distilled on Royal Deeside with hand-picked botanicals from Balmoral Estate. Named after the neighbouring Ballochbuie Forest which contains some of the best remnants of the Ancient Caledonian Pine forest, this gin captures the flavour of estate Juniper, Douglas Fir pine needles and Heather honey.
It then combines these with 8 other carefully selected botanicals and is made with pure spring water from wells on the edge of the Estate. The end result is an exquisite dry gin best served with premium tonic, a slice of grapefruit and sprig of rosemary.
Each batch is limited to 1000 bottles. Our first batch of Ballochbuie Gin is now available for shipping within the UK.
This special price includes Express Courier delivery service so order now to be one of the first to sample our deliciously refreshing Ballochbuie Gin.

We’re Good To Go Certificate
Balmoral has achieved the ‘We’re Good To Go’ accolade, which demonstrates that we are adhering to the new Government and public health guidance, have carried out a COVID-19 risk assessment and the required processes in place.
The Balmoral Cairns Walk and the walk to Albert’s Pyramid Walk are currently available and parking is available in the car park next to the A93 at Crathie.
Please be aware that due to the level of use the condition of these paths has deteriorated. Some sections of path are now very muddy and either wellingtons or waterproof boots and gaiters are recommended.
Spittal of Muick / Mountain Bothies
The car park at Loch Muick is open but exceptionally busy. However the toilets and Visitor Centre will be closed until further notice.
We would also advise that both the Gelder Shiel and Glas Allt Shiel bothies are closed until further notice.
Unfortunately RunBalmoral has been postponed and entrants have been contacted to see if they wish to defer their race entry to 2022 or take a refund.
In 2022 RunBalmoral will be held on Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th April.
