Our catering contractor is currently recruiting and the following positions are available:-
Assisting the lead chef with the production and delivery of our food offer. Duties will include sandwich production, basic baking, salad / vegetable preparation and general cleaning. You will be working in a very busy environment so excellent organisational skills along with a willingness to go the extra mile would be an advantage. Experience in a similar role would be ideal but not essential as full training will be given.
Food Service Assistants
We are looking for friendly, hardworking people with big smiles to run our very busy café for the 2018 season. Excellence in customer service is key to ensuring all of our visitors have a memorable visit to Balmoral so the ideal candidates should have a bubbly personality and be willing to go the “extra mile” at all times. Your duties will include service of hot food, drinks and snacks, ensuring the café looks it’s best at all times regardless of how busy it is, general cleaning and cash handling. All of these duties need to be carried out by working as part of a team and with a big smile at all times.
Accommodation is available close to work, uniform will be provided and meals whilst on duty. The first day of work will be Monday 26th March and you will finish on 30/31st July. A seasonal bonus will be paid to those who finish the entire season. Start dates throughout the season will be also be considered.
