Balmoral Tweed Wool Stole

Johnstons of Elgin

This one-of-a-kind stole sold exclusively at Balmoral Estate has been woven using 100% sustainably-sourced wool and boasts our Balmoral Tweed design in four stunning shades.

This stole is lightweight but crafted with the finest wool to keep you cool on warmer days and cosy on cooler days and evenings.

Whether for a gift or as a treat for yourself, this cosy statement stole offers warmth and elegant style. The traditional pattern symbolises Scottish craftsmanship and the Royal Family’s passion for supporting local manufacturers and premium textile making.

Balmoral Blue

Our Balmoral Blue design captures the essence of the River Dee, with its tranquil and soothing blue tones. The grey hues represent the granite stone quarried on the estate at Invergelder, which was used to build the iconic and instantly-recognisable Balmoral Castle we know and love today.

Balmoral Green

In 1878, Queen Victoria purchased Ballochbuie Forest nearby Balmoral Estate to preserve the once-thriving Caledonian rainforest. Our Balmoral Green tweed scarf takes inspiration from the Royal Family’s historic passions for the Scottish Highlands and reflects the lush verdant shades of pine, Douglas fir and coniferous woodland that surround the Cairngorms and the estate.
