Inspired by the original Balmoral wallpaper, designed by William Morris in honour of Queen Victoria's Golden Jubilee in 1887, our collection reinterprets this iconic design with a contemporary palette. Morris's creation, both vibrant and timeless, has been reimagined across our range of china, infusing the classic motif with modern colours.

The design features the Royal Cypher (Victoria Regina Imperatrix) and a Scottish Thistle, elegantly arranged within large lozenges.

This historic wallpaper continues to grace the walls of Balmoral, the Royal Family’s private residence, where it remains largely unseen by the public. However, a reprint of the design in blue can be admired at the V&A, while the original flock version is preserved in a private collection.
